Travel

An endless thirst for travel prompted me to leave my comfort zone. Unforgettable experiences have been the result.

My General thoughts on Travel

I am by no means a “seasoned” traveler (yet!), but I have traveled quite a bit in the past few years, and through my experiences I have learned important lessons. If you are planning to embark on your own worldly adventure, or if you would rather live through other people’s experiences first before jumping into unknown waters, check out my personal thoughts on travel and some general tips!

Italy - SUMMER 2017

Milan, Venice, Florence, Amalfi, Rome - every city is brimming with wonder! For two weeks, my Italian friend and I road-tripped around the country, exploring the many incredible adventures it had to offer. Whether you want to plan your own trip, need some tips on where to go, or just want to see a great collection of photos featuring the Bel Paese, feel free to peruse!

This country held special meaning because of my family, but its beauty helps it stand alone as a must-visit European location for any traveler. Pictured: Riga, Latvia

Latvia - SUMMER 2018

This little Baltic country holds the key to my heart, because for me, this one is all about family. Two weeks here turned into a truly unforgettable experience. The food, the people, the culture—it is all so incredibly special. Latvia is quite easy to pass over in favor of larger, more popular countries, but if you ever have a chance to walk those beautiful cobblestone streets of old Riga, or explore the lush greenery and castles in the countryside, PLEASE DO IT!
